Refund policy

At Ryan & Blake, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• All returns must be requested within 7 days of pickup or delivery date.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods will be provided.
• Items returned damaged, worn, stained, or altered in any way may be denied.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Sale items, custom orders, personalized items, and seasonal/holiday merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
